Politburo Minute of Public Service No. 1. “General Due Process (GDP), or, ‘P-Cubed’”

(a) P-Cubed (‘PC‘ or ‘Process Cubed’) is the general governing methodology and operating environment (‘due process’) of the core lines of business (applications) of N∴S∴ (itself a development and operating system, or DOS).
