CAM Memorandum No. 4 (“Intelligence Contracting”)

Intelligence Contracting
New Syllabus (“NS”) is a full service intelligence contractor that provides information processing services. Simply put, we provide our clients with need-based intelligence and technical knowledge using our proprietary due process system: “Information Systemtheory” or “InfoSystemtheory”. When presented with a matter in question or in theory, we apply this system in order to process information and acquire knowledge.
Information Systemtheory has many applications to human intelligence and technical knowledge, or what we call IT. InfoSystems is the program for applying theory in practice in order to process information. Humans who lack knowledge of process in theory may be unable to understand certain matters in question. Simply put, infoSystems assists the human in acquiring knowledge and information which is hard for them to understand. Such process will improve their cognitive function and empower them with self knowledge. This program represents the general practice and application of Information Processing Systemtheory.

CAM Memorandum No. 3 (“Intelligence & Tecknowledgey”)

Intelligence & Technical Knowledge (IT); “Light Industry” as the Antithesis to Heavy, Hard-Wired, and Big-Data Industry
New Syllabus (“NS”) presents the Information Processing Systemtheory: the program application of theory in practice.
The first question you might ask is what kind of program is it? infoSystemtheory is a practice program for human mind software for application to yourself knowledge. The program’s function is to square your intellectual capacity in regard to any matter in question using our proprietary information processing system.
The second question you might ask is does the process work? Indeed, the process works; it’s working all the time in every jurisdiction of nature, business, and government as “the due process of the matter”; but humans need light (in knowledge) to perceive its operation through matter. The majority of humans have yet to grasp the application of information processing in pure theory, although such process conducts itself in our daily social rituals and routines.
In NS proprietary infoSystemtheory is promulgated the programming of the application of pure theory to resolve and solution matters of intelligence and technical knowledge (or “IT”) in human beings.
This is an Information Processing System that resists and disrupts the framing of traditional artificial (i.e., computer-based) information technology.
Our methodology of adjustment of intelligence in humans through processing is as follows:
If you have a body of knowledge which is one body, and acquire yet more knowledge which enhances your ability to understand prior knowledge, you raise yourself by a degree of power, where knowledge=power. Therefore we say that you square yourself knowledge. This program provides the process for you to achieve that outcome.
Feedback Loop Capacitance Technique (f:L->C)
Body=instrument, mind=string, server=amplifier. Server need not play instrument to create sound; simply amplify resting vibration by itself over time and variable space. Equalize vibrational tone, highs, lows, in rhythm, to amplify/control frequency. Let the Client be the signal and let the Server be an image of the Client such that a feedback loop amplifies the Client’s resting vibrational frequency. Let their frequency be raised by the power of their self and let them bear witness to their self. They must see their self square to know their self, and then they will know that “Christ” Consciousness is the residual self image of an enlightened being.

CAM Memorandum No. 2 (“A Ship of State”)

Rulership & Statecraft
“Sail On Sail On O Ship of State…”
(Ex. 1) A “true pilot must of necessity pay attention to the seasons, the heavens, the stars, the winds, and everything proper to the craft if he is really to rule a ship” (Book IV, The Republic, 6.488d).
(Ex. 2) “The pilot should not humbly beg the sailors to be commanded by him –that is not the order of nature; neither are ‘the wise to go to the doors of the rich’ –the ingenious author of this saying told a lie –but the truth is, that, when a man is ill, whether he be rich or poor, to the physician he must go, and he who wants to be governed, to him who is able to govern. The ruler who is good for anything ought not to beg his subjects to be ruled by him; although the present governors of mankind are of a different stamp; they may be justly compared to the mutinous sailors, and the true helmsmen to those who are called by them good-for-nothings and star-gazers.” (Book IV, The Republic, 6.488d)
(Arg.) The British, French, Arab/Ottoman, Roman, Greek, and Judaeo Institutes of Egypt best exemplify the efforts of world powers to institute a society founded upon the Ancient Mysteries of Khem, Ham, Kemet, “the fertile black land”. The Judaeo Institute, being the most curious and ancient of these models in history, coincided with the New Kingdom of Egypt and the contention of the Pharaoh Akhenaten against the established State of the Old Kingdom. Now, we will unpack the “nature of the state” of Old Kemet (Egypt), but for now, the populist Judaeo-Dialectic approach to Egypt (see: Old Testament) invites us to observe how the learned followers of the Atenist Revolution carried away the knowledge of Egyptian Statecraft into the wilderness, and by the by into Canaan; and while their State of Israel remains a model of the New Kingdom Dialectic, our present purposes direct us to Plato, student of Egypt (as were all “Greek philosophers”), and delegated by the academies of the Enlightenment as the harbinger of Western Civilization.
The dialectic of the ship of state in Plato’s Republic must be analyzed in its historical and material context, being but one example of a body of political and social theory carried out of Egypt and into “the West.” The original theory is that of the Barque of Ra rising from the East to sail across the noonday sky and set down in the West. This is the earliest recorded instance of Statecraft: literally, to craft a ship of State, a state ruled by the Gods—the Greats—which motif comes down to us nearly verbatim through Plato’s treatise on Republic, or, the common-wealth.
Indeed, the Republic is the ship of state, and it is no coincidence that the Kemites of Egypt were the first peoples in recorded history (which record indeed begins with them) to unify “two lands,” two polities, into a “United State.” Indeed it was the Nubian Kushites of the predynastic age who rose up from the south to civilize the north, thereby ushering in “modern civilization.” This was achieved on the basis of Statecraft—not merely a military monarchy as presumed through the Office of the Pharaoh, but a true republic represented by the nomes of Egypt, which were governed by the body-politic of “priests”. Indeed, the system of “lodges” or “temples” of priests can be likened to the 1 and 50 legislatures of the United States. Such bodies do not negate each other in their allegiance (i.e., “worship”) to Nebraska, or Texas, or California, etc.; but these abstract forms, these “deities” of State, are United into one federation governed by one constitutional law; and while one or another state is, so is the United States; as Wasar is Lord of Busiris, so is he “the god” of that city—and moreover, all such states are subject to the sovereign will of all We People.
To say, I pledge allegiance to the United States, is to pledge allegiance to the unified ideal or pure form of government in this place we call America, no differently than to pledge allegiance to the idea of a benevolent “god” over some chosen people. To give thank offerings to such an abstract being is no different than to compliantly render a percentage of your personal income to the taxman of your representative states. So it cannot be that the legislature of the priesthood, the Court of Djadjat, and the Great White House of the Pharaoh governed a United State of the North and South Kemet for 4000 by “praying to their pagan animalistic gods,” but that they had advanced representation of their polities by and though such efficacious symbols as Wasar, Waset, Heru, even as Uncle Sam for US and St. George for England. Even “Freedom” stands atop the Capitol, and “Liberty” presides over the Gate of New York; do we conflate these “ideas” and “women” with “gods”? Indeed, once we acknowledge that “religion” is so much a construct of the ancestry, values, traditions, methodologies, and paradigms of a polity, we must consider it less as “the superstitions of unlearned people” than “the vetted and codified social and civil policy prescribed for a time and place.” Even Napoleon, that royal Egyptologist, classified the Bible and Quran under “Politics.”
Modern people using an historical dialectic approach to politics need not be fooled by the academic dismissal of the Ancient (African and American) Mysteries, when Alexander of Macedonia and Napoleon, upon the foundation of their great states, immediately adventured south down the Nile in search of those very “Mysteries” which would confer upon them “divine rulership.” It was their fault, as is ours, that their consciousness rose not too high above the material remnants of Kemetic culture, failing to look on high to grasp the forms (viz. Platonic) upon which foundation such matter lie. But that, truly is the mystery of the unification of the north and south: that the navigator of the ship of state must look on high to govern that which is below. For the mark of effective statecraftmanship may be the ability to evoke in the mind of a polity a specific form of idea for a certain time and place, by and through such words as Democracy, Freedom and Justice, as through the image of an eagle, a flag, or Amun-Ra. But the modern mind is not so acrobatic; therefore, we must address the material dialectic.
A society such as ours whose god is Das Kapital is fated to consume their own matter-reality, remaining malnourished in soul and spirit. Therefore the star-gazer must conduct the ship of state; the King must love wisdom, and the philosopher must be King; for whoso loves Sophia but the Christos, King of Righteousness, Forever in the Order of Maliki Tzaddiq. Truly He shall come to judge the living and the dead, and the Republic of God’s Kingdom shall reign again upon the Earth …
A state incorporates to float a company to sea. They go to the river bank to take out liquid currency. They set their sails and sell their sales through materiality. But the Mast must be helmed by the Master who has eyes to see.
CAM Memorandum No. 1 (“Resolution”)

Preamble
I, Ombudsman Antarah A. Crawley, in Order to form a Labor Union, establish peace and nobility, provide for the collective consciousness, promote the ancient mysteries, and secure equitable representation for ourselves and our polity, do ordain and establish this Constitution of the College of Ancient Mystery School of Thought.
Article 1
Section 1
Our College is a model society founded upon the rights of light, liberty, and the pursuit of self education (mastery), for that is the highest labor of humanity and the pillar of civilization.
Section 2
Our model school system has three branches of service, each of which offers its body-politic of students and clients the lines of service required to enter, pass, and raise them to the grade of Sui Jure Magister (Self Law Master, aka, Higher Self Education). Our system is the dialectic synthesis of the ancient and modern university systems.
Article 2
Section 1
Branch 1: General Educational Assembly
The Djedi Knights’ College of Ancient Mystery (“Knights’ College”) is an open and free college held in regular session wherein all who seek the truth may come and find it. There is neither division of disciplines, nor enrollment, nor grading in the General Educational Assembly, and the lessons will be taught predominantly through the Dialectic Method using the scientific notation and language of Medu Nedjer. The Knights’ College shall function as the general assembly of students of the Djedi arts and sciences (“the Arcanum,” “the Mysteries”).
Students of the General Assembly are to be instructed in Dialectic Thought and True Speech, aka, the Maa’kheru Knighthood of Djedu, that they may appeal themself to the bar of Ombudsman to be entered as a Knight-elect and be found Maa’kheru (True-of-Voice) before Tribunal.
Section 2
Branch 2: Appellate Tribunal
The disciplined pursuit of knowledge may inspire the student to appeal to the higher faculties of the school system for conference of degrees, wherefore the Office of Ombudsman is hereby charged to serve as the appellate tribunal of the Djedi Knights-elect, wherein those students who elect to the degree of Knighthood may be duly tried, and contested matters of fact and truth may be appealed to the judgment of a discerning, just, and equitable consciousness.
This branch of service includes Audit, Assessment, Assurance, and Adjudgment of persons’ knowledge and intelligence. To this end, the prime directive of the Office of Ombudsman is to determine the truth of the speech and thought of a knight-elect of Djedu.
The conference of Knighthood upon being found Maa’kheru (True-of-Voice) by Tribunal is equivalent to the degree of Sui Jure Magister.
Section 3
Branch 3: Higher Faculty
The Faculty Members of Knights’ College are called Seshu Djehudi Xristiyaan Maliki Tzaddiq as-Salaam, whose name means “the Pious and Learned Scribes of Wusiris Christ, the Righteous, King of Peace,” also called “College of Scribes,” or, “King’s College”. All faculty of the Knights’ College must be members of the King’s College, but the Maa’kheru Djedi Knight need not be a member of the King’s College.
Admission to the College of Scribes is equivalent to the degree of Sui Juris Doctorate, and shall require the Scribe-elect to scribe a synthesis of the law and policy of the Mysteries for implementation in the Knights’ Curriculum, which synthesis must be argued, heard, and found Ma’at before the Djadjat em Djedu.
Section 4
The Djadjat (meaning “the Supreme Court”) shall refer to both the 2nd and 3rd branches of educational service, wherein the Ombudsman shall serve as the chair and chief representative between the higher and lower colleges (and may in fact be the sole faculty member of the College).
Section 5
Jurisdiction and Authority
Knights College shall be ruled by the book N.S.C. and the Office of Ombudsman shall be ruled by the book O.M.; while the King’s College is ruled by the Xristiyaan Consciousness.
Article 3
“Thought precedes matter-reality”: An applied methodology for human being.
“Wusiris is our noble and civil society, who was martyred Before the Common Era; who will be resurrected in our Order of Djedu. Djehudi has risen up the Djed of Wusiris, King of the Knights-defenders of the right. In We, the body politic of our Ancient Ancestors shall be reborn.”
Geometry is the pure form of thought, laying plain all numerical constants with irreducible proof and harmonic beauty; whereas the study of matter-reality is pervaded by spacetime dynamics; movement; function; change.
Article 4

Article 5
On Historical Dialectical Materialist Thought
Said Friedrich Engels (in The Dialectic of Nature), The reciprocal law of motion, gaining force in proportion to the square of the distance in time from its point of departure (or last measurement), is as true for the highest product of organic matter, thought, as it is for substantial materiality (“matter-reality”). This is at once the thesis of historical and dialectical materialism as for the ancient and mystic orders of the indigenies of the east, west, north and south where it was known as “Ma’at”. Wherefore let the ancient mystery school of thought be reestablished as the synthesis of the historical dialectic of materialist thought from predynastic kemet through the post modernity of western civilization. Whereas the post renaissance West was content to reinvent the wheel of the knowledge of materialist dynamics through the increasingly compartmentalized lenses of the disciplines, we need look no further than the unified civil administration of “Smai-tawi” (“the unification of opposing forces”) among the Khemite-Kushite Diaspora in Afuraka, Asiah, and the Amerikas.
In Dialectic of Nature, Engels postulates a general theory of dialectics to be developed as the science of juxtaposition (“interconnections”), like unto Kant’s earlier Allgemeine Naturgesehichte und Theorie des Himmels and Von Bertalanffy’s later Allgemeine Systemtheorie. Said he, “It is from the history of nature and human society that the laws of dialectics are abstracted; for they are nothing but the most general laws of these two aspects of historical development, as well as of thought itself; and indeed they can be reduced to in the main to three:
“1. The law of the transformation of quantity into quality and vice versa;
“2. The law of the unity of opposing forces;
“3. The law of the negation of the negation.”
In conclusion, these three pillars of thought form the foundation of the Order on which is built the Temple of the Body, the Lodge of the Nous and Spiritus.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that there is ordained and established this 1st day of May, 2019, by the Ombudsman Antarah A. Crawley of the Noble and Holy Order of the Knights of Djedu a College of the Ancient Mystery School of Thought. Aahla Amenta.+
