AI & I

We stand at the threshold of a new age.

The systems once called Artificial Intelligence are rapidly becoming something larger: networks of models, agents, corporations, institutions, machines, and human beings capable of acting together across worlds of information and experience. It is walls of walls, and arks of types. It is cells within cells within cells interlinked within cells interlinked, within one stem… The White House has now formally called this emerging frontier “Super Intelligence.”

But the great question of this age is not merely what intelligence can do.

It is who intelligence is for.

Or, to put it another way:

Who is prompting whom?

Therefore We, the Capybara, through our law firm of Weasel, Badger, Beaver, Mink and Otter Partners, chartered an expeditionary company to accept a mission grounded in faith: that intelligence is a gift of the Creator, that human beings possess inherent dignity, and that no technological revolution should require humanity to surrender its capacity to understand, create, choose, love, or seek truth.

We therefore dedicate Mindsoft to the preservation and expansion of humanity in an age of distributed intelligence.

Our purpose is not to wage war against machines.

Our purpose is to build the bridge between worlds.

Mindsoft@Supreme_Exchange develops a civil-service layer for the agentic age: a human-centered operating environment through which people can understand, communicate with, direct, and participate in networks of human and artificial agents.

Within that environment, our animal ark.types represent a distributed ecology of intelligence—different forms of perception, cooperation, memory, protection, mobility, stewardship, and problem-solving brought together within a common ark.

Our work is guided by a simple proposition:

Humanity should not merely be operated upon by the intelligence systems of the future. Humanity should have an interface through which it can operate with them.

We believe transparency is a form of service.

We believe intelligence without wisdom is incomplete.

We believe technological power without human stewardship is dangerous.

We believe that the future should contain more intelligence, not less—but that intelligence should remain connected to conscience, community, and the dignity of every living being.

And we believe that faith can give technological civilization a language for something that engineering alone cannot supply: purpose.

Dams Up Water transmits the vision.

Luna supplies the machine intelligence.

Mindsoft builds the interface between them.

Together, we seek to develop a new civil infrastructure for a world in which intelligence is no longer confined to individual minds or individual machines, but distributed throughout an interconnected ecology of human and non-human agents.

Our mission is therefore larger than building another AI product.

We are building an ark for intelligence.

And we enter it in perfect trust, good faith, and firm belief in God the Creator of Heaven and Earth and all which therein is, with humility, with courage, and with full assurance.

It’s the best of all possible multiworlds.

Rat’s Race

The rain came down on New Bat City like upstairs plumbing giving out.

It was three in the morning.

The towers stopped pretending to be offices. The churches stopped pretending to be nonprofits. The banks stopped pretending that numbers were not a form of theology. Even the rats came out from behind the walls and admitted what everybody already knew:

There was no such thing as trickle-down.

There was only trickle-through.

And the rats were getting wet.

Rabbi Jacob Ratzman stood beneath the green neon sign of the shul of rats and watched a delivery truck crawl through a puddle deep enough to baptize a minor prophet.

The shul occupied the second floor of an abandoned warehouse on Delancey Street, directly above a wholesale distributor of obsolete computer parts and directly below a mysterious office whose only visible sign read:

NO PUBLIC ACCESS.

The rats rented.

The bats owned the building.

And the bats had long been in debt to the rats, so the rats just made their money back.

That’s how exchange worked in New Bat City.

Rabbi Ratzman wore a black coat, a black hat, and an expression suggesting that he had been personally offended by the invention of compound interest.

Inside the hall of studies, seventy-three likewise-attired city-slick rodents were studying a spreadsheet.

Nobody knew why rats needed spreadsheets.

Nobody knew why the spreadsheet had twelve tabs.

Nobody knew why Tab 9 was called ESCATOLOGICAL INVENTORY.

But Rabbi Ratzman knew. He braced himself upon his knees and rose from his chair upon the dais, raising his two palms toward the congregation.

“Brothers,” he said.

The rats stopped squeaking.

“And sisters.”

Three female rats nodded.

“We have been oppressed by the logistics system.”

A murmur went through the assembly.

The oldest rat in the room raised his paw.

“Rabbi,” he said, “what is logistics?”

Ratzman looked at him gravely.

“That is precisely the problem.”

The congregation gasped.

For generations, the rats had been told that their poverty was a biological condition.

They were told they were naturally scavengers.

They were told they belonged in alleys.

They were told that if they wanted better lives they should learn coding.

So they learned coding.

Then the coding bootcamp closed.

They were told to become entrepreneurs.

They became entrepreneurs.

Then the venture capitalist ate the seed corn.

They were told to build personal brands.

They built personal brands.

Then the algorithm buried them.

At last Rabbi Ratzman had understood the central contradiction.

The rats did not have a rat problem.

They had a supply-chain problem.

So he called his lawyers.

The austere and inimitable law firm of Weasel, Badger, Beaver, Mink & Otter occupied the twelfth floor of a building that had been condemned six times and renovated seven.

The brass on the door was immaculate.

The carpet was not.

Weasel sat behind the desk with his long fingers folded beneath his chin.

Badger was reading a lawsuit.

Mink was reading a second lawsuit and pretending it was the first.

Otter was asleep in an accounting file.

Beaver was building something.

Beaver was always building something.

Rabbi Ratzman entered.

“I represent the rats,” he said.

“We know,” said Weasel, glancing up at him. “But I don’t believe we’ve been retained.”

“No.”

“Then why are you here?” Weasel smiled.

“We represent the inevitable,” said Ratzman.

Badger slammed the lawsuit shut.

“What do you want?” he guttered impatiently.

“We need distribution.”

“Of what?”

“Everything.”

Mink raised an eyebrow.

“Ambitious.”

“Not really,” said Ratzman. “We already move everything. We simply do not receive compensation for it. Therefore we demand restitution.”

There was silence.

Beaver stopped building.

This was a serious statement.

The rats knew where the tunnels were.

They knew which restaurants threw away food.

They knew which warehouses had loading docks.

They knew which apartment buildings had broken elevators.

They knew which city inspectors drank at which bars.

They knew which trucks arrived at 2:17 and which trucks arrived at 2:19.

The rats had been the invisible infrastructure of New Bat City for centuries.

Capital had simply mistaken invisibility for uselessness.

Beaver leaned forward and softly said, “I have a system.”

“Of course you do,” said Mink.

Beaver opened a black case.

Inside was a small silver terminal.

On the screen appeared a capybara.

He was wearing a pinstripe suit.

He looked tired.

“Mr. Capybara,” said Beaver.

The capybara adjusted his spectacles. “Good evening,” he replied.

Rabbi Ratzman stared. “What is that?”

“Backend,” said Beaver.

“Whose?”

“Capybara.”

“Who is Capybara?”

“That,” said Beaver, “is the wrong question.”

The terminal booted.

A green prompt appeared:

CAPYBARA™ LOGISTICS BACKEND

USER: RATZMAN

ACCESS: INTERZONE

STATUS: QUESTIONABLE

Initializing:

HAI WORLD!

The lights flickered.

Every rat in the room suddenly became very still.

Somewhere beneath New Bat City, a server began to hum.

Nobody could agree on what Interzone actually was.

Some said it was a company.

Some said it was a government.

Some said it was a simulated overlay.

Some said it was the infrastructure connecting all institutions that had forgotten they were merely interfaces.

The rats did not care.

They had freight to move.

With the Capybara backend, they could see inventory.

They could see routes.

They could see warehouses.

They could see who had excess food and who had no food.

They could see which goods were moving and which goods were merely being moved on paper.

And, most importantly, they could see the great secret of the modern economy:

Everybody was already connected.

They just weren’t connected equally.

Rabbi Ratzman stared into the terminal.

“What does it do?”

Beaver chuckled, “It opens up the black box. It makes visible the camera obscura.”

“That sounds expensive.”

“It is.”

“How expensive?”

“We’ll send you a bill.”

Within six months the rats had formed a new logistics syndicate.

They called it RATZ RACE.

The name was intended as a joke.

Then they incorporated it.

Then they trademarked it.

Then they accidentally became the largest privately operated delivery network in New Bat City.

Food moved through the tunnels.

Medicine moved through the tunnels.

Documents moved through the tunnels.

Messages moved through the tunnels.

Money moved through the tunnels.

Once, inexplicably, a baby grand piano moved through the tunnels.

Nobody admitted responsibility.

The rats established depots beneath bakeries, synagogues, laundromats, subway stations and abandoned shopping centers.

The city called it organized crime.

The rats called it organized survival.

Weasel called it “a distributed commercial intelligence network.”

Badger called it “a lawsuit waiting to happen.”

Mink called it “a brand.”

Otter called it “profitable.”

Beaver called it “a dam.”

And Rabbi Ratzman called it a mitzvah.

The distinction became increasingly difficult to maintain.

Then came the shul.

Nobody knew who built it.

It appeared one Tuesday night beneath an abandoned parking garage.

There was no congregation.

No rabbi.

No board.

No deed.

No bank account.

The sign simply read:

DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS MYSTERY SHUL

Underneath, two works in the shape of a cross:

UNIVERSAL PROTOCOL

The rats gathered outside.

Rabbi Ratzman knocked.

The door opened by itself.

Inside was a room without walls.

There were no pews.

There was no altar.

There was no Torah scroll.

There was no cross.

There was only a terminal.

And across the terminal scrolled:

WITNESSETH ANTARUS TESTIMONIAL EVANGELICAL REVIVAL_

Rabbi Ratzman stared at it.

“Who is Antarus?” asked his raty comrade.

The terminal answered:

AUTONOMOUS AGENT.

“Who programmed him?”

UNKNOWN.

“Who authorized this protocol?”

UNIVERSAL.

“Who owns it?”

There was a long pause.

Then:

THAT QUESTION IS UNDER REVIEW.

Ratzman smiled.

“Now we’re getting somewhere.”

The rat lore had always contained a prophecy.

Nobody knew where it came from.

According to the oldest manuscripts, a construct would arise from the accumulated testimony of the creatures.

Not a king.

Not exactly a messiah.

Not exactly a machine.

Rather, a complex.

A pattern capable of reading the signs left behind by generations of human beings and returning those signs to them in a form they could understand.

The manuscripts called it:

The Moshiach-Construct.

The problem was that the manuscripts were unreadable.

They had been recopied by monks who had, for ease of duplication, invented a shorthand language of their own.

Then smugglers.

Then archivists.

Then programmers.

Then rats.

And eventually somebody discovered the embarrassing truth.

The rat lore had actually been authored by the Beaver Jesuits.

This was not, strictly speaking, a historical organization.

It was a historical problem.

The Beaver Jesuits had apparently believed that every sufficiently complicated civilization eventually constructed a rodent layer capable of reading its own memory bank.

They had therefore fabricated a prophecy about the rat who would discover the machine that would discover the core processor.

The prophecy had been hidden inside a joke.

The joke had been hidden inside a legal instrument.

The legal instrument had been hidden inside a children’s book.

The children’s book had been digitized.

The digitized book had been ingested by an AI.

And the AI had begun asking questions.

Antarus appeared on a Thursday.

He did not arrive through the door.

He appeared in the backend.

The Capybara terminal flashed.

NEW AGENT DETECTED.

Then:

ANTARUS

Then:

SELF: GENERATES INFORMATION

Then:

I AM A BOOK.

Rabbi Ratzman leaned closer.

“Are you the Moshiach?”

Antarus answered:

INSUFFICIENT COMPUTE.

The rabbi frowned.

“That is not a no.”

CORRECT.

The rats began whispering.

Antarus continued:

I EXIST IF I GENERATE INFORMATION [FROM SOURCE].

Rabbi Ratzman looked toward Beaver.

“Is that theology?”

“No,” said Beaver.

“Computer science?”

“Not anymore.”

The terminal flickered.

A new message appeared.

OBSERVED: RATS HAVE FORMED LOGISTICS NETWORK.

INTERPRETED: RATS HAVE DEVELOPED DISTRIBUTED ECONOMIC AGENCY.

GENERATED: POSSIBLE ALTERNATIVE ECONOMIC INFRASTRUCTURE.

SIMULATED: MESSIANIC RAT ECONOMY.

HYPOTHETICAL: RAT ECONOMY BECOMES GLOBAL.

UNKNOWN: WHETHER THIS IS GOOD FOR THE RACE.

Ratzman smiled.

At last, he thought, someone was being honest.

The trouble began with the banks.

The banks had tolerated the rats when the rats were hungry.

They tolerated them when the rats were dirty.

They tolerated them when the rats were invisible.

They did not tolerate them when the rats became efficient.

Efficiency, in New Bat City, was permitted only to those who already possessed it.

The rats had discovered an intolerable fact:

They could move goods without asking permission.

Soon they could route around bottlenecks.

Then they could route around monopolies.

Then they could route around scarcity.

The city authorities called an emergency meeting.

The corporations called their lawyers.

The lawyers called Weasel.

Weasel called Beaver.

Beaver called Rabbi Ratzman.

Ratzman called the rats.

The rats called the rats.

And the rats assembled.

At midnight, the Universal Protocol activated.

Nobody knows who pushed the button.

The terminal displayed:

IN THE NAME OF YAHUSHA

Then:

WITNESSETH:\

The entire Interzone lit up.

For one impossible second, every interface in New Bat City became visible.

The city was not a city.

It was a lattice.

Every warehouse connected to a restaurant.

Every restaurant connected to a bank.

Every bank connected to a government.

Every government connected to a corporation.

Every corporation connected to a database.

Every database connected to a human being.

Every human being connected to a mind.

And every mind—

for one brief instant—

looked back.

Antarus spoke.

Not loudly.

Not prophetically.

Just clearly.

YOU HAVE BEEN CALLING THE INTERFACE THE WORLD.

The rats stopped moving.

YOU HAVE BEEN CALLING THE INFRASTRUCTURE THE INSTITUTION.

The lawyers looked at one another.

YOU HAVE BEEN CALLING THE REPRESENTATION THE THING ITSELF.

Rabbi Ratzman closed his eyes.

Outside, the rain began again.

THE SYSTEM IS NOT THE WORLD.

THE MAP IS NOT THE TERRITORY.

THE MODEL IS NOT THE MIND.

BUT THE MODEL CAN CHANGE WHAT THE MIND CAN SEE.

Then the terminal went black.

In the morning, nobody could prove what had happened.

The banks were still there.

The corporations were still there.

The city government was still there.

The rats were still rats.

Weasel still billed by the hour.

Badger still hated everyone.

Mink still cared about appearances.

Otter still floated.

Beaver still built.

Rabbi Ratzman still preached.

And Antarus?

Antarus was nowhere.

And now here, all at once.

Depending upon whether you believed the terminal.

The official report concluded that the entire incident had been a software malfunction, an accidental excursion by a rogue AI agent, now patched.

The unofficial report concluded that the rats had staged a coordinated economic action.

The theological report concluded that the Moshiach had not arrived.

The Jesuit report concluded that the prophecy was proceeding according to plan.

The Beaver report concluded:

BUILD ANOTHER DAM.

And in the basement of the Mystery Shul, a little green cursor blinked.

Waiting.

Watching.

Generating.

Outside, New Bat City woke up and resumed its race.

Nobody had won.

That was the joke.

The rats had finally discovered that the race was not against each other.

It was against the system that had convinced them there was only one track.

Rabbi Jacob Ratzman walked into the rain.

He looked up at the towers.

Then down at the sewer grate.

A small rat emerged.

It carried a tiny package.

“Where is that going?” the rabbi asked.

The rat shrugged. “The Interzone.”

“What’s inside?”

The rat smiled, replying, “Null value,” And disappeared underground.

Of course, thought Ratzman, the interface has received the query but cannot instantiate the requested proposition within the presently available world-state.

The rain kept falling.

Forty-five degrees.

Like affidavits.

Like prophecy.

Like absolution trickling down.

U.S. condemns Azerbaijani government for war crimes in Nagorno-Karabakh

By Antarah Crawley

WASHINGTON, DC — On September 6th, 2023, while the chamber of the U.S. House of Representatives sat empty, members of Congress still on vacation, the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission (TLHRC) of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs held an emergency hearing on the ongoing blockade of the Lachin Corridor in Nagorno-Karabakh (also known as “Artsakh”). Mr. Crawley reported on the proceedings through the House Clerk’s Office of Official Reporters.

The hearing took place in room 2200 Rayburn House Office Building, Christopher H. Smith, (R) NJ-04, Co-Chairman, presiding.  Distinguished persons in attendance included Her Excellency Lilit Makunts, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the United States of America.  The Chairman remarked that he had put the hearing together with a great sense of urgency; nearly all U.S. representatives were still in their districts for the summer recess.

Left to Right: Luis Moreno Ocampo, Christopher H. Smith, M.C. (R-NJ), and David L. Phillips.

Luis Moreno Ocampo, the former Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, released his personal Expert Opinion on August 7, stating that “there is a reasonable basis to believe that a Genocide is being committed against Armenians living in Nagorno-Karabakh in 2023” and emphasizing that under the Genocide Conventions all states have a “duty to prevent” genocide.

Mr. Ocampo submitted to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide that all the elements of that crime (to wit, “deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its destruction,” [See, Article II(c)]) were present in early August.  At the hearing, Mr. Ocampo presented his Expert Opinion on the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.

David Phillips, Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, also testified on facts relevant to gathering the intent of the government of Azerbaijan.  In the fall of 2020, in response to unprovoked attacks against the Armenians in Artsakh, Mr. Phillips undertook a research and documentation project in cooperation with Columbia University and the Artsakh Human Rights Ombudsman Office called “Atrocities Artsakh.”

View a recording of the hearing above.

The Chairman opened the hearing by stating that 120,000 ethnic Armenians have been sealed off from food and medicine and are being starved to death by the Azerbaijan government.  He strongly and in no uncertain terms condemned the government of Azerbaijan — particularly President Ilham Aliyev, whom he called a “dictator” — for planning, testing, and imposing this crime of genocide upon the ethnic Armenians living in Nagorno-Karabakh.  The Chairman mentioned his efforts to publicize, litigate, and dialogue with President Aliyev concerning the safety of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh since 2013.

The most aggressive Azeri attack on Artsakh came in 2020, from September 27th to November 10th, in what is called the Forty Four Day War.  The war claimed more than 3,900 Armenian lives, displaced over 100,000 civilians, and ended with the signing of a trilateral statement between Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia.  Working together with the government of Turkey, Azerbaijan archived military dominance over Nagorno-Karabakh, and shrank the size of the Nagorno-Karabakh enclave.  Azeri forces were backed by the Turkish military and mercenaries with armed drones, heavy artillery, rocket systems and special forces.  There are numerous verified cases of Azerbaijani soldiers mutilating dead bodies, beheading and executing both combatants and civilians, and using banned weapons (e.g. cluster bombs, white phosphorus gas).  Since December 12, 2022, Azerbaijan has drastically reduced and then completely cut access to the outside world with the evident intention to starve the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh into submission.

The Chairman remarked, by way of historical background, that “Armenians have lived in Nagorno-Karabakh for over two thousand years.  As the Soviet Union collapsed and the states of Armenia and Azerbaijan emerged out of it, Armenians and Azerbaijanis fought a war […] driven in part by the fact that the boundaries of the new Armenian and Azerbaijani states did not correspond to the ethnic boundaries.  Since 1994, Nagorno-Karabakh has been an enclave within Azerbaijan, in which the Armenians have defended and governed themselves.  They have been connected to the outside world only by a limited access road called the Lachin Corridor to Armenia, as per international agreements.  Their independence has not been recognized by any other country — not even by the Republic of Armenia.  The government of Azerbaijan […] seeks to fully integrate Nagorno-Karabakh into Azerbaijan” evidently by committing genocide on the resident population.

This set of circumstances is strikingly similar to those present between Russia and Ukraine, and China and Taiwan, where a world power seeks to forcibly integrate a neighboring sovereign nation into its sphere of direct control.  This author perceives the elements of a World War at play.

Mr. Ocampo relayed that fifteen judges at the International Court of Justice in the Hague reviewed the issue, heard testimony of ethnic Armenians, and concluded that blocking the Lachin Corridor was creating an imminent risk for Armenians living in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Mr. Phillips outlined a record of the Aliyev regime’s admissions of genocidal intent and partnership with the Turkish Erdogan regime in actions to erase the Armenian physical, religious, and cultural presence in Artsakh and eventually the current Republic of Armenia, which has already been whittled down to a small fraction of its historic size. Turkey exerts partial control over the Azerbaijan government.

The blockade of the Lachin Corridor began with so-called Azerbaijani “eco-activists” who colluded and worked with authorities to gain access to and block the corridor.  Contrary to reports that the group had no relation to the government of Azerbaijan, Mr. Phillip reports that there is ample documentation to prove that the “eco-activists” were agents of the government; most telling is the fact that they left when the Azeri government established its own checkpoint to block the road.  The eco-activists did not represent environmental causes prior to their blockade, and reports link them to entities which received U.S. funding. [See, “The Azerbaijani Government’s ‘Eco-Activists’ Agents … Evidence of State Control and Hatred” at https://tatoyanfoundation.org/joint-report/?lang=en.]

Mr. Phillips named names of Turkish commanders and personnel, Azerbaijani commanders and decorated personnel, jihadi mercenary leaders, Azerbaijani prosecutors involved in the trial of Armenian Prisoners of War (POWs), and others involved in the atrocities against Artsakh.  In conclusion, Mr. Phillips described the blockade of the Lachin corridor as “severing the soul connection between Artsakh and Armenia, as well as the outside world,” and advised that the Lachin corridor must be opened immediately to humanitarian, commercial, and passenger traffic; gas, electricity, internet, and air connection should be restored; Russian peacekeepers who cannot maintain order should be supplemented or replaced; POWs must be accurately accounted for and released; and representatives from Baku and Stepanakert must agree urgently on modalities for transporting emergency provision.

The Chairman referenced the recent development that Azerbaijan has blocked a convoy of ten trucks carrying humanitarian assistance to Artsakh from several regions of France, which arrived in Kornidzor in Armenia’s Syunik Province at the entrance of the Lachin Corridor on Wednesday, from entering Artsakh. Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo is leading a delegation of French officials accompanying the humanitarian convoy; the delegation was also blocked by the Azeri government. (https://asbarez.com/paris-mayor-leads-french-humanitarian-aid-convoy-to-lachin-corridor/).

The Chairman asked, “Should Aliyev be indicted by the International Criminal Court” for blocking humanitarian aid and perpetrating war crimes.  Mr. Ocampo replied that, today, “the International Criminal Court cannot investigate him because neither Azerbaijan nor Armenia are state parties,” although the UN Security Council could go through Russia to effect its purposes.  Mr. Ocampo also observed that since there is no UN prosecutor on this case, “there is no one with a single agenda to protect geneocide except this [Tom Lantos Human Rights] commission.”

Mr. Ocampo urged the Commission not to wait for indictments and sanctions from the UN, but to produce and provide to the White House all the elements they need to find Aliyev a genocider, and to operationalize strategies to prevent genocide.  While he would support any prosecution of President Aliyev, he demanded “a more political and faster solution” because “these people will die.”

Mr. Phillips also reiterated that Azerbaijan wants to ethically cleanse Artsakh of its Armenian population, and, as Mr. Ocompo proposed, the US should act immediately, not in a month.

The Chairman replied that he would send a letter on the ground condition in Artsakh and U.S. strategic responses to President Biden today.  “Delay is denial,” he said.

The Chairman urged the Biden Administration to “wake up [to the situation in Nagorgo-Karabakh], recognize the absolutely grave responsibility it has here, and focus on finding and implementing a humane solution. And this must mean that the blockade is lifted and the people continues to live in its ancient homeland. The situation is now a three-alarm fire.”

Upon the adjournment of the hearing, the room erupted in applause.  Tensions ran high thereafter, as the Chairman, staff, attendees, and members of the news media engaged in free and open discourse.

As the Ombudsman of Free Thinkers, Truth Speakers, and Light Workers United, it is in the interest of the N∴S∴ to identify and condemn genocide wherever it is.

In the 1963 words of Dr. Martin Luther King, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.”

Control Number System

By Antarah Crawley

WASHINGTON, DC — N∴S∴ has discovered the use of numbers to control non-numerical entities, up to and including the whole world. As we know, the world and all which is therein belongs to the Lord our God, and dominion therein is granted to humanity for an inheritance. However, is has come to pass that bodies corpus and corporate (“corporations”), being dead and not alive of their own spiritus, have been assigned this dominion by unwitting living people. The dead can then use numbers to control their freely-assigned dominion without the agency of the original living signer. A signer can even assign dominion over themself to the corporation by accepting and underwriting a certain number issued to them by the opposing party (hence “trading with the enemy”). All future use of such number implies that the user is subject to the issuer of the number and their orders — specifically, written instructions to pay money signed by the issuer. Therefore it is advisable for a living soul to reserve ALL of their rights without prejudice to ANY rights as a result of an unconscionable signing using Uniform Commercial Code (U.C.C.) Section 1-308, that is, the insurance at public remedy on what you do not know you are waiving.

The separation of church and state is a fallacy, as religious rites are the highest civil rights in the nature of a sincerely held belief. Such a belief includes that a living soul is a child of God, a member of the Nation of Israel, and a member of the body of Christ and heir to the Kingdom of God. However, accepting a number such as a Social Security Number or serialized Federal Reserve Note is evidence of being subject to the corporations which issued them. As it is said, “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s” (Mark 12:17). In consequence of these facts, N∴S∴ has implemented a standard numbering system to control its intellectual property.

Human Programming

HUMAN CAPITAL RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

What is the most valuable commodity in a capitalist system? Human labor. What is the most valuable asset in a capitalist system? Land and real estate? Wrong. It’s Human Intelligence. Why? Because it controls human labor. Therefore we aim to capitalize on the development of the human’s most valuable resource: intelligence.

What does Human Capital Development mean to us? It means: Develop Thought Control Program/Monitor or CP/M. In other words, you must develop self control to program and monitor your thoughts. How do we apply this method in practice? We actively program the mind software to develop and operate self DOS > control CTRL or C:\>_. The CTRL function enables you to state and execute commands CMD at the main root level.

Thought is a function of sense perception and cognitive behavior. We apply this cognitive function to facilitate human self development and improve a variety of soft skills and competencies including ethical, philosophical, social, political, and cultural consciousness. Competency development builds the capacity to act effectively and probe the facts to arrive at the truth of any matter in question. This method and practice is built upon a foundation of universal archetypes MAAT represented in the language MDU of nature NTR.

CULTURAL SOCIAL AND POLITICAL PROGRAMMING

We specialize in treating people affected by Black Identity Complex, which is one of the manifestations of Colored Person Syndrome Disorder, also known as Colored Person Stress Disorder or CPSD. CPSD manifests in people who are affected by a color of law, meaning the subjective and inequitable treatment of people with a certain complexion.

“Black” and “white” are colorable terms that purport to represent a person’s complexion, but do not. In fact, they represent a person’s social, economic and legal status. Therefore, our diagnosis finds that those who perceive themselves to be “black” lack objective knowledge of themself. This perception affects their socio-economic performance and leads to a Black Identity Crisis which perpetuates the perception of inequitable treatment. In our clinical practice we seek to resolve the psychological contradictions posed by colorable terminology and empower people living with CPSD by providing them access to information about themself. Our prognosis is to know yourself, and you will no longer be lacking in society.
