Crawley, also known as Meriptah, founder of The New Syllabus organization, shall use the net capital acquired to date through sales of Art¢coin to establish the Smithy of Ptah in the Office of Scribe at the Temple of St. Nat in the Anacostia River Valley. This facility shall be known as the Mint of Meriptah at the Smithy of Ptah at the Temple of St. Nat of the New Syllabus of Men Nefer on Anacostia. It shall be directed by the Scribe Meriptah, who shall acquire the raw material and the means of production and administer the alchemical work.
