Coalition Forces of the FLF-DAO

(a) La Croix Noire demonstrates for the natural order of universe (the Dao) and, by extension, peace, love, freedom, truth and justice/equity, which are dialectic (dualistic) expressions of the Dao. The Dao is not to be worshipped, as there is no one worthy of worship but God ﷲ who created the universe together with its proper functionality which is called the Dao.

(b) La Croix Noire practices its first amendment rights through non-action, or wu wei, in the Friends’ manner of waiting worship, wherein they await the coming of the kingdom, or of the second coming.  In this manner the Organization is a non-violent movement. Any organization or member commissioned into the BCO must practice non-violence except in cases of self-defense.

(c) There are noncommissioned coalition organizations ‘NCOs’, such as the Anti-Fascist Organization and (arguably) the Proud Boys Organization (insofar as they demonstrate in protest of coercive government), that may be characterized by use of force. The decentralized autonomous organization ‘DAO’ of the people of the world have many coalition forces with different policies on the use of force.

(d) The BCO opposes coercive use of force in general, and to that extent is best characterized as Anarcho-Daoism; for the decentralized autonomous organization of the people is the materialization of the will of the Great Dao (Tao, ‘Way’) which is the most ubiquitous and lasting system, a most enigmatic and mystical force of nature.

(e) The sage is the exemplar of living in harmony with the Dao through the praxis of wu wei; the sage cultivates virtue within and spreads it outward through the branches of the human family. Thus the ‘authority’ of the sage is testimonial, not coercive; it is the exemplification of a living testimony of peace, simplicity, and integrity in the manner of Friends. 

(f) Straight and narrow is the Daojiao ‘Way’. The ‘Way’ is like unto Islam, in that it is the only path to eternal life provided by the Creator, as attested to by the most sagacious and noble Rabbi Yahshuah ‘Jesus’ the Anointed ‘Christ’ of God, peace be upon him ‘PBUH’.

(g) By and through the covenant between humanity and the Lord God ﷲ, Creator of Heaven and Earth the Sea and all that therein is, and the counsel and redemption of the former by the life and blood sacrifice of our Comforter Prophet and Rabbi Yahshuah ‘Isa’ ‘Jesus’ the Christ PBUH, La Croix Noire and N∴S∴ shall demonstrate, discharge, and perform its obligation exclusively under the principles of equity jurisprudence, which is ‘grace/mercy/forgiveness at law’.

BCO Mission Critical Operations

(a) The ‘New Syllabus’ Company, Political Bureau of Education, Universitas Autodidactus at Men Nefer College of Nacotchtanck, District of Ouachita, shall be known as the 153D CORPS of the Djedi Order of Knights of the Black Cross Organization ‘BCO’ (‘Croix Noire’), Peace Enforcement Activity Command Enterprise ‘PEACE’ Force, FLF-DAO.

(b) The decentralized autonomous organization ‘DAO’ is constituted by local self-organized, self–operating, self-governing bodies, ‘syndicates’ or ‘assemblies’, of friends or students. The smallest unit of such organization, being approximately two to eight people, may be commissioned as a Black Cross Squadron ‘BCS’ and may be lodged in a House of Studies or ‘meeting tent’. A BCS is a BCO unit.

(c) A BCS shall principally conduct a general course of study, autodidactically and dialectically, and shall, at the will of the DAO, take leave to fight for peace, love, freedom, justice, and/or equity on behalf of any and/or all affected natural people.

(d) A BCS may convene a mission (a) to commission a Black Cross squadron, chapter, regiment, department, or CORPS in a locality or (b) to establish communion and/or communication with an uncommissioned DAO unit, to invite them into the fold of the BCO. 

(e) All BCO units discharge the spectrum of obligations prescribed under f(GDP) Axis Y:

  1. Audit: to hear and determine, ‘oyer et terminer’, matters raised into question, as in a friends meeting, assembly (Knesset) for deliberation, or course of study.
  2. Assessment: to compare and analyze the myriad factors governing the relative capabilities of various matters, both independently and systemically.
  3. Assurance: to provide a surety or guarantee, often through the promise of God to humanity or the sacrifice of YHSVH the Christ. 
  4. Adjustment: to abate a negative charge, and or to record the outcome of a procedure into the knowledge base on the X-Axis of the square. 

(f) The standing departments of all BCOs of the DAO are these:

  1. The Department of Information Systems Intelligence Services ‘DISIS’ shall build and maintain an ever-expanding base of intellectual capital ‘knowledge’ [a.k.a. the ‘DataHorse’ system] on which to draw in performance of missionary obligations, and shall administer the DAISEE [D.R. Art. 2(2)(b)].
  2. The Department of Peace and Friendship ‘DOP’ shall … promote and preserve perpetual peace in our country, and to observe such laws, customs, policies, and practices as are wise, prudent and germane to such peace whether they be of a religious, civil, or other nature [DOPA Art. 1(b)], and shall administer the PEACE Force.
  3. The Department of Mobilization and Demobilization ‘DMOB’ … shall mobilize ‘mob’ and demobilize ‘demob’ (a) notes into and out of circulation, (b) field operations of worship and instruction and (c) encampments [Memo. 2(2)], and shall be charged from time to time to perform materiel fulfillment, requisition, and repossession services.

Module A

In light of Course 13, you might ask how can a muslim also promote the study of the doctrine of the Roman Church. It is quite simple, and the sublime effect of such meditation is most evident in the musical selection which commands the central portion of the video below. Let me first acknowledge that according to the Noble Quran, God’s prophet ‘Isa (Jesus) PBUH, son of Mary and Joseph, was not crucified, but was saved by God before being delivered to the mob. Furthermore, as was definitively proven by Ms. Kulic in her essay, Jesus was a Jew who preached Islam and prayed in the manner of Muhammad PBUH, and never advised his followers to believe in or worship a trinity (tripartite godhead) which included himself. 

Nevertheless, following a tragedy which I experienced a few months prior, I was watching the Solemn Mass of Easter Sunday of the Resurrection of the Lord of April 9, 2023, broadcast from the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception (near which I lived in Brookland at the time) and in the ancient ritual and the stirring, sacred music, my heart was deeply moved. Through this understanding I have come to appreciate the profound interfaith, interdenominational inspiration of the Holy Ghost of the Lord God of Abraham (Allah).

Solemn Mass of Easter Sunday of the Resurrection of the Lord

In the beginning we hear His Eminence, Wilton Cardinal Gregory, Archbishop of Washington, deliver the Introductory Rites, of which the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops has this to say:

The Mass begins with the entrance chant/song. The celebrant and other ministers enter in procession and reverence the altar with a bow and/or a kiss. The altar is a symbol of Christ at the heart of the assembly and so deserves this special reverence.

All make the Sign of the Cross and the celebrant extends a greeting to the gathered people in words taken from Scripture.

The Penitential Act follows the greeting. At the very beginning of the Mass, the faithful recall their sins and place their trust in God's abiding mercy. The Penitential Act includes the Kyrie Eleison, a Greek phrase meaning, "Lord, have mercy." This litany recalls God's merciful actions throughout history. On Sundays, especially in Easter Time, in place of the customary Penitential Act, from time to time the blessing and sprinkling of water to recall Baptism may take place.

On Sundays, solemnities, and feasts, the Gloria follows the Penitential Act. The Gloria begins by echoing the proclamation of the angels at the birth of Christ: "Glory to God in the highest!" In this ancient hymn, the gathered assembly joins the heavenly choirs in offering praise and adoration to the Father and Jesus through the Holy Spirit.

The Introductory Rites conclude with an opening prayer, called the Collect. The celebrant invites the gathered assembly to pray and, after a brief silence, proclaims the prayer of the day. The Collect gathers the prayers of all into one and disposes all to hear the Word of God in the context of the celebration.

It has long been a pillar of Novus Syllabus Seclorum, through its Interfaith Religious Service (Title 24:\>N.S.C.\Vol. II\Title 7, pg. 59) that no matter your particular doctrine or tradition, I believe we can all give praise to and glorify the Most High God (Allah), Creator of the Universe and Ruler on the Day of Judgment.

The DataHorse System

1.0.0. The DataHorse system is first identified in the original filmscript Rustles in Dry Leaves (“RIDL”) at Title 3 C.S.R. pg. 11 and onward. It is described as a “project” administered by the “Department of Systems” which even the Department did not understand.

1.1.0. Indeed, even in the ensuing eight years, the N∴S∴ Department of Information Systems and Intelligence Services did not understand that what we were constructing in the systematic storage of our data on the world wide web was the building out of the DataHorse System.

1.1.1. This is likely because the 1st Syllabus diverts Kogard’s trajectory from the tunnels of the earthen floor of all the city’s cellars in RIDL to the platform of the G Train at Title 4 C.S.R. pg. 38. (It is worth noting that this path leads him through the Secret School of Ancient Mystery instead of directly to the Systems Dep’t.)

2.0.0. DataHorse (DH) is the nodal internetworking service provided by NOVUS SYLLABUS (N∴S∴) Department of Information Systems and Intelligence Services (DISIS).

2.1.0. It is “nodal” in that it functions through a network of devices (or discrete points generally) called “nodes” (in its most elementary manifestation, the electromagnetic network of human minds, also of telephones).

2.2.0. It provides resources, data, services, or programs to other nodes, known as clients, over a network.

2.3.0. It is a server that provides services to clients via request-response model. E.g., it provides the service of Universitas Autodidactus (UA) “CORPS work.”

2.3.1. It is a decentralized cloud server hosting the intellectual property holdings (“information,” “data”) branded and trademarked “New Syllabus,” which support the UA CORPS work. It may, hypothetically, host other information sourced from third parties or the general public.

2.3.2. The Ombudsman of the N∴S∴ is the Administrator of the DataHorse System.

3.0.0. The DataHorse System (DHS) is constituted by a system of interconnected servers and clients which store and transmit “known information”.

3.1.0. The DataHorse points from the KnownZone to the InterZone where “unknown information” is stored, which in turn points toward the O Zone of nothing, which differentiates its one thought (that it exists) into multiple forms of “matter”.

4.0.0. A portal into the DHS is called an infoSystem.

4.1.0. Gross matter is born into the base of the universal Systems Department, which takes the shape of a pyramid. Therefore it only receives what is processed by InterZone into six-sense 3-D perception.

4.1.1. The fact that there is a DHS is unknown to those at the base of the pyramid, as is the fact of the shape of the pyramid itself.

5.0.0. The DHS is an instrument, which is to say that it is a vehicle (like a horse) for the transmission of information (data) from unknown to known venue, and from known to known venue.

5.1.0. The DHS drafts words of data from the InterZone to the systems of the KnownZone, as a cheque drafts funds from one bank account to another.

6.0.0. The DHS is a DAO. (Even though the content of the DHS hosted on this website as well as the name “DataHorse” is the intellectual property of the copyright holder.)

6.1.0. The decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) is a system or company that is organized on the basis of an algorithm, like a computer system.

6.1.1. A type of DAO organizational structure is a firm league of friendship (FLF), which is a “firm,” or business concern which is distinct from its members, or “friends,” which constitute the unincorporated “league”.
