Israel-Hamas proxy for U.S.-Iran dialectic: tensions rise between Allied and Axis powers as the beast slouches toward Bethlehem to be born

WASHINGTON, DC — Today, October 19, 2023, the Foreign Affairs Committee of the United States (U.S.) House of Representatives (House) convened a Markup (M/U) of several bills and resolutions in House Visitors Center Room 210.  Those bills and resolutions included:

  • H.Res. 559, Declaring it is the policy of the United States that a nuclear Islamic Republic of Iran is not acceptable;
  • H.R. 340, To impose sanctions with respect to foreign support for terrorist organizations, including Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad;
  • H.R. 3266, To require the Secretary of State to submit annual reports reviewing the curriculum used by the Palestinian Authority, and for other purposes;
  • H.R. 3774, To impose additional sanctions with respect to the importation or facilitation of the importation of petroleum products from Iran, and for other purposes;
  • H.R. 5826, To require a report on sanctions under the Robert Levinson Hostage Recovery and Hostage-Taking Accountability Act, and for other purposes;
  • H.R. 2973, To require the Secretary of Defense to develop, in cooperation with allies and partners in the Middle East, an integrated maritime domain awareness and interdiction capability, and for other purposes;
  • H.Res. 599, Urging the European Union to designate Hizballah [Hezbollah] in its entirety as a terrorist organization;
  • H.R. 1809, To require the development of strategies and options to prevent the export to Iran of certain technologies related to unmanned aircraft systems, and for other purposes.

Committee Chairman McCaul (R-TX) presided.  Mr. Crawley reported on the proceedings through the House Clerk’s Office of Official Reporters.

The Markup comes on 12 days after news that “thousands of armed Hamas fighters breached a border security fence and indiscriminately gunning down Israeli civilians and soldiers taken off guard” (ABC News).  The Associated Press (AP) reported on 7 October 2023, “Hamas surprise attack out of Gaza stuns Israel and leaves hundreds dead in fighting, retaliation.”  As of today, Israel has been given the green light to move into Gaza, marshaling into all out war in the Holy Land and escalating Jihad.

Regarding H.Res. 559, the Chairman remarked that he spoke last week with the Israeli Ambassador who told him about “the horrible war crimes that Hamas committed.”  He said that “dozens of babies were murdered, many were found decapitated and burned, Holocaust survivors were kidnapped, and 250 people at a music festival were slaughtered.  These ISIS-like atrocities will haunt the world forever.”  The Chairman held a moment of silence for “the victims of this massacre, in honor of the lives that they lived.”

The Chairman said that as Israel responds in “self-defense,” the United States stands strongly with its “friend and ally” as it protects itself from “Iran-backed terrorism.”  Iran’s nuclear posture is a growing cause of concern to U.S. Representatives. On 4 September 2023, Stephanie Liechtenstein of AP reported, “UN nuclear watchdog report seen by AP says Iran slows its enrichment of near-weapons-grade uranium,” but Ranking Member Meeks remarked today that since President Trump’s hasty withdrawal from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPoA) which capped Iran’s nuclear enrichment program at 3.67% (among other restrictions), “Iran’s nuclear program has now surged to extraordinarily dangerous levels. In August, the IAEA [International Atomic Energy Agency] reported that Iran’s stockpile of 60% enriched uranium has grown since its May report.  Iran now possesses more than 15 times the amount of enriched uranium allowed under JCPoA.” “We are living in, and this is, a very dangerous moment in dealing with Iran’s nuclear program,” the Ranking Member said.

Across the pond, A United Kingdom Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) spokesperson said: “18 October 2023 [yesterday] marks ‘Transition Day’ under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPoA), when certain restrictions on Iran’s nuclear and missile programmes are due to lift, including: 84 UN and 112 UK designations on individuals and entities involved in nuclear or ballistic missile activities; and sectoral measures including arms and missile embargoes on Iran.” President Biden has since imposed new sanctions aimed at Iran’s ballistic missile and drone programs, acting to keep up pressure on Tehran after the expiration of United Nations restrictions on those activities (New York Times).

Mr. Wilson (R-SC) stated that the 18 August 1988 “Hamas Covenant” of the Islamic Resistance Movement contains the provision that “the Day of Judgment will not come about until Moslems fight Jews and kill them. Then the Jews will hide behind the rocks and trees.  And the rocks and trees will cry out, ‘O Moslem, there is a Jew hiding behind me.  Come and kill him.'”  The Representative remarked that “we need to take that seriously.”  Mr. Crow of Colorado stated that he finds the language “all means necessary,” with regard to the U.S. suppression of “Iran-backed terrorism,” problematic, and he does not believe that the U.S. should have nuclear force on the table in this debate.  He emphasized that the measure did not constitute an Authorized Use of Military Force (AUMF).

The Council on Foreign Relations writes:

Signed in 2015 by Iran and several world powers, including the United States, the JCPOA placed significant restrictions on Iran’s nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief. President Trump withdrew the United States from the deal in 2018, claiming it failed to curtail Iran’s missile program and regional influence. Iran began ignoring limitations on its nuclear program a year later. Washington and Tehran have both said they would return to the original deal but they disagree on the steps to get there.

Regarding H.R. 2973, Mrs. Wagner of Missouri remarked that “Israel is locked in a generational fight for survival against genocidal Hamas terrorists.  The United States stands with Israel as it grieves the unthinkable loss of more than 1400 innocent civilians and it stands with Israel in its fight to eliminate the brutal terrorist group Hamas, period, full stop. … As we saw on October 7, when Hamas launched the deadliest assault on the Jewish people since the Holocaust, Israel is facing a complex range of threats across all domains.  On the bloody front and that tragic day, Hamas terrorists infiltrated Israeli communities by air by land and by sea to unleash bloodshed against civilians on a scale that Israel has not seen in its history.”

Mr. Wilson remarked that “Taking hostage is a murderous tactic in a war between dictators’ rule of gun opposing democracy’s rule of law.  The Axis of Evil – Putin [President of Russia], Rezaee [Major General (Ret.), Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and former Vice President of Iran], and Xi [President, People’s Republic of China]– must be stopped by peace through strength. Sadly, the September 11th announcement – of all days – of the release of $6 billion to the terrorist regime in Tehran in exchange for five Americans detained confirms this tactic works.”

Regarding H.R. 3266, Mr. Mast (R-FL) and Ranking Member Meeks (D-NY) engaged in a spirited dialectic on popular and national ideologies.  Mr. Mast remarked that “there needs to be [a coming to Jesus moment] among many of our colleagues that Hamas is literally Palestinians.  Young people, from the time of grade school in the Gaza strip, are given the pedigree to become Hamas, trained to become Hamas, from their algebra and arithmetic to their reading, writing, and geography. The gentleman read some examples from a document he had in his hands which was never moved into the record:

Palestinian 6th graders grammar exercise requires them to add the correct verb to the sentences: the jihad warriors fought in defense of their homeland and the believers rushed to respond to the call to jihad.

Another example, 4th grade Palestinian math problem: the number of martyrs in the First Intifada is 2,026 martyrs and the number of martyrs in the al-Aqsa Intifada if 5,050. The number of martyrs in the two intifadas is how many martyrs?

7th grade physics problem: Newton’s second law; during the First Palestinian uprising, Palestinian youths used slingshots to confront the soldiers of the Zionist occupation and defend themselves from their treacherous bullets. What is the relationship between the elongation of slingshots’ rubber and the tensile strength affecting it?

Geography question, Palestinian 6th graders: to define the borders of Palestine, which completely erases Israel’s existence.

Mr. Mast concluded, “People need to move away from this idea of saying that the Palestinians are not Hamas and Hamas is not the Palestinians.”

In response to the gentleman’s remarks, Ranking Member Meeks asked, “Mr. Mast, are you Ku Klux Klan?”  

Mr. Mast replied, “No.”  

“Because,” the Ranking Member continued, “it was Ku Klux Klan that raised white people to hate black people.  And the Ku Klux Klan, today, they’re still here.  I get remarks, I get phone calls in my office from people calling me […] and teaching other kids that I’m less than a human being. I don’t say all white people are Ku Klux Klan. I don’t put them all in one category.  All Palestinians don’t belong to Hamas just like all white people don’t belong to the Ku Klux Klan.”  A heated dialogue ensued, in which the Ranking Member protested engaging in further debate on the matter.

“Let’s have this conversation,” said Mr. Mast.

“I’m not having this conversation with you; you’re not worthy of having a conversation with on this,” said Ranking Member Meeks.

“I would argue differently,” said Mr. Mast. 

Order was restored by Acting Chair Kim of California (R-CA), and Ranking Member Meeks reclaimed his time.

The Acting Chair then recognized Mr. Mast, who remarked that he believes he is worthy to speak, and stated further that he is half-white and half-Mexican and is not a member of “that hate organization which I would absolutely despise,” presumably referring to the Ku Klux Klan.  “But,” he continued, “let’s recall, they’re not our government.”

The Ranking Member responded that “many of them [Ku Klux Klan members] were elected, they were Senators, they were members of the House, they were judges, so they were part of the government.”

Regarding H.R. 1809, Mr. Keating remarked, “12 days ago the world witnessed the horror unleashed by Hamas against the state and the people of Israel, almost 50 years to the day after Yom Kippur War.” 

The House Foreign Affairs Committee, having postponed further proceedings on several measures (it being the sense of the Minority that the Majority is biased to roll call over voice votes in committee), reconvened after a recess to vote via roll call using the new electronic voting system for the first time of any House committee.  The Chairman and the Ranking Member agreed that this process saves at lot of time.  Provided continued success, the electronic voting system will be used by the chamber to vote for the Speaker of the House, the Chairman said.

An Act to Establish and Regulate a Mystery School System for the Decentralized and Autonomous Administration of General and Higher Education.

Article 1. Universitas 

(1) There is hereby established an institute named Universitas Autodidactus, FLF-DAO, which means “Self-Teaching University, a firm league of friendship in the nature of a decentralized autonomous organization.” This institution may be abbreviated “UA.”

(2) The UA shall operate as one firm. This firm shall be organized by a system of syndicates which are themselves organized into colleges. Any vested member of a syndicate under Article 3 (called a “student” or talib) shall be a beneficial member of the firm. Any student who vouchsafes their trust, faith, and/or belief in the operations of the firm shall be a member thereof.

(3) The firm shall be governed by a “Steering Council,” or “Committee of the Whole,” composed of two delegates (called “friends”) elected by each Syndicate and confirmed by their respective Collegium. The friends shall represent their collegiate syndicates in the firm in their own private sui jurisdiction (the “private” or “interior”).  These “friends” of the firm shall be the trustees thereof.

(4) The Steering Council shall assemble at the national and global levels.  The Officium Tribunus Plebis shall be incorporated into the organization of the National and International Steering Councils by reference.

(5) Assemblies of this governing body of the firm shall be held in the nature of a public meeting, shall follow Robert’s Rules of Order where appropriate; and shall duly notice all regular and special meetings. 

Article 2. Collegium Ecclesia

(1) There is hereby established within the firm a forum of Collegium Ecclesia Syndicatus, which means “United Assembly of the Society,” which may also be known as an “Ecclesiastic College,” which is composed of committees (called “syndici”) of student bodies.  Herein, “syndicate“ is synonymous with “committee,“ which is synonymous with “student body.“

(2) Such a College may be organized or united on the basis of locality with diversified syndication, or on the basis of a particular discipline, subject, trade, craft, or operation. 

(3) The syndici constituting the College shall serve the function of disciplinary departments, and may be styled “Syndicatus [Disciple/Subject], Collegium Ecclesia [Local/Name].”

(4) A member of a syndicate, or student, shall be called “syndicus,” meaning “syndic.”

(5) Assemblies of this governing body of the firm shall be held in the nature of a public meeting, shall follow Robert’s Rules of Order where appropriate; and shall duly notice all regular and special meetings. 

Article 3. Syndicatus

(1) There is hereby established within the forum of Collegium Ecclesia a mechanism to allow a member of the firm to establish a syndicate by acclamation (Latin: acclamatio, a vote by means other than ballot) of two or more additional students (the “public”) known as the student body.

(2) There is hereby chartered and instituted within the firm The Chairman, the Elective Faculty and Student Body of the Society of the New Syllabus, which may also be known as “Societas Novus Syllabus” which means “The Society of the New Syllabus.” This syndicate, or committee, shall constitute its own college, shall stand perpetually, shall be governed by NOVUS SYLLABUS L.L.C., and shall have a chair at the global and national Steering Councils of the UA. 

(3) Proceedings of syndici shall include: Semester, Course [of study], Seminar [on subject], and Symposium [on theme]. Such proceedings may be styled “Subcommittee on […],” and shall follow Robert’s Rules of Order where appropriate.

(3)(a) A course is served by a CORPS of the same control number. Course work is administered by the CORPS of the same control number.

(4) Attendees of collegiate, ecclesiastical, and syndical proceedings shall be attired in a white shirt or garment and black or dark jacket. 

(5) The UA shall provide to the public a “service” by and through its syndici, in receipt of which the public shall make an offering of their own free will and accord (“deposit”) as a token of their trust, faith, and/or belief in the services provided by the firm, thereby becoming a benefactor of the proceeding and a member of the firm. It is this exchange, made freely, knowingly, and voluntarily by the public to the private that re-venues the current “C” from the exterior to the interior of the firm.

(6) It shall be the prerogative of the syndici to provide for the dispatch of deposit collectors styled “treasurer” and subordinate “comptrollers.” The deposit collected shall constitute a vested interest in and appreciation of the subject matter of the proceeding, and shall inure to the benefit of the Syndicate.  This is to say that at every proceeding in which the public appreciates the subject matter, there shall be a discharge of deposits.

N∴S∴ to publish art book for IBé Arts Institute

WASHINGTON, DC — IBé Arts Institute of Historic City Point in Hopewell, VA, has partnered with NOVUS SYLLABUS L.L.C. (NS) to publish the first artist’s book cataloging the work of master teaching artist and storyteller IBé Bulinda Hereford Crawley

New Syllabus Director Antarah Crawley and IBé Crawley have maintained an arts education partnership since September of 2016, when the New Syllabus relocated from New York to DC. At about that time, IBé Arts and Education LLC was established in Historic Anacostia, Washington, DC. Together, IBé Crawley and the Director have published the SSTEM curriculum and the ParenTeacher program

The opportunity to publish IBé Crawley’s first artist’s book presents a great opportunity for NS to communicate its overarching mission, vision, and values through its commitment to honoring our elders and ancestors, and amplifying the voices of Black Woman artists.

The IBé Arts Institute is an art space dedicated to visual and oral storytelling.  The historically significant building was built in 1830 as a schoolhouse for white men, and later used as a hospital for soldiers during the Civil War. 

Today, it serves as IBé Crawley’s private studio gallery and workshop. Consistent with the mission to preserve and document stories,  the exhibition hall, art studios, and residency space are available for individuals to host workshops, family events, and professional development programs.  IBé Crawley assists in planning preservation projects and leads intimate and informative tours of the Institute and the surrounding City Point Historic District.

In 2022, IBé Crawley printed a 58-copy edition of Antarah Crawley’s Harriet Tubman 2021 Non-Fungible Note from a copper plate he engraved by hand. Printer Aurora Brush assisted IBé Crawley in the intaglio printing process during her residency at the Women’s Studio Workshop (WSW) in Rosendale, New York.

The IBé Crawley publication will coincide with the 2023 fall exhibitions Holding Ground at the National Museum of Women in the Arts’s (NMWA) in Washington, DC, and The Calling at City Lore in New York City.  Within its pages will be catalogued four of Crawley’s artist’s books: 11033, Delia Posey, Bearing Witness, and A Dwelling for Her Story.  Each chapter will present a different category of art work, together with descriptions, articles, quotes, and images.  

Into Fall 2023 and beyond, IBé Arts Institute will strategically focus on:

  • Paper making
  • Print making
  • Book binding

IBé Arts Institute aspires to become a Virginia folk book press “center of excellence”.  This is the first initiative in what the Institute and NS plan to be a bright new era of programs, projects, and partnerships.

The Organization of the New Syllabus

1. HISTORY

WASHINGTON, DC — In 2014 AD, I, Antarah, had a vision of one new syllabus for humanity. This syllabus would chart a course for human understanding of ubiquitous and lasting systems established since time immemorial. I sojourned to Brooklyn, New York, in pursuit of my syllabus, developed a discipline, and professed a doctrine toward the development and operation of human mind software, individually and collectively, and I returned to the Federal City.

Being in possession of such valuable information, I began to process this knowledge and offer certain products and services to the public, toward the establishment of a society of free thinkers, truth speakers, and light workers united (FTLU) in a firm league of friendship called a decentralized autonomous organization (FLF-DAO). To that end, I wrote and recommend policy positions to the FTLU stakeholders. This practice has resulted in the production of a robust and diverse body of multimedia intellectual property which we, the Director and Company, shall distribute throughout the world under the motto of Novus Syllabus Seclorum, meaning “the New Syllabus of the Age.” 

2. ORGANIZATION

Established 2022, NOVUS SYLLABUS L.L.C. (N∴S∴) is a liberal arts and humanities intellectual property holding company specializing in diversified arts investments and management.

Our flagship brand, New Syllabus (est. 2014), is a knowledge management system (KMS) that creates, codifies, organizes, stores, and disseminates information to the public from newsyllabus.org. To that end, it conducts research and development in the broad field of Historic and Ancient Mysteries, Economy, Theology, Informatics, and Systemtheorie (HAMETICS).

NS operates the Department of Information Systems and Intelligence Services (DISIS, pronounced “Diocese”), which is divided into the Archival Records Management (ARM) Division and the Mind Software (Mindsoft) Development and Operating Systems Command (DOSCOM). These are our Curricular Operations, Research, and Publication Services (CORPS) which supply information to the New Syllabus (now known as the DataHorse System or “DHS“).

NS also operates the Ombud Service Bureau (OmbudService, or Office of Ombudsman) for administrative due process, and Syllabus Media Group for audiovisual production and distribution.  

3. VISION

Our Vision is a world of free thinkers, truth speakers, and light workers united under one new syllabus for STEM, arts, and humanities research, development and operations; one new syllabus for the ages!

4. VALUES

Our Values are Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Equity; these are our foundation. Our Three Great Pillars which support our institution are Trust, Faith, and Belief; as it is said, Faith is complete Trust and firm Belief, the acceptance of truth divine, which Belief, sincerely held, cannot be converted into a crime.

5. MISSION

Our mission is to reveal truths which have been hidden and to keep a record of knowledge and wisdom.

NS conducts, manages, and supports curriculum research and development. We represents FTLU through its Office of Ombudsman. We administer intellectual property and copyrights as custodial superintendent for their creator. 

Our mission-oriented service lines are:

  • DISIS (now DHS) for recordkeeping and CORPS operations
  • Mindsoft for cognitive, behavioral, and professional development 
  • OmbudService for administrative operations 
  • Other operations (OPS) include Granary Bank & Trust/Artcoin Mint of Meriptah, New Works Projects Administration, St. Nat’s/OTNS, FTLU, FLF-DAO, and the Syllabus Free Press.

Jesus Is Our Surety

“By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament.”
[Hebrews 7:22]

INTRODUCTION

  1. This morning we studied the judgment seat of Christ, for it is the horrible and certain end of all men.
  2. But tonight I want to remind you of our glorious Mediator and Surety with God, the Lord Jesus Christ.

THE DEFINITION

  1. Surety. A person who undertakes some specific responsibility on behalf of another who remains primarily liable; one who makes himself liable for the default or miscarriage of another, or for the performance of some act on his part (e.g. payment of a debt, appearance in court for trial, etc.).
  2. We have surety bonds, performance bonds, bail, and bond to guarantee legal, financial, and professional obligations, such as with construction and insurance companies.
  3. When we need to borrow more than our credit allows, we appreciate a surety; if we were arrested for something, we would appreciate the surety bond that lets us go free.
  4. Judah became a surety for Benjamin to his father Jacob (Gen 43:8-1044:30-3442:37).
  5. Aaron became a surety for Israel in their sins and stood between them (Num 16:41-48).

THE SURETISHIP

  1. Jesus, a High Priest after the order of Melchisedec, was made the Surety of His people.
    1. God chose Jesus from among the people to be the mighty Surety (Psalm 89:19).
    2. He was made Surety by God’s oath at His ordination as our Priest (Heb 7:21).
    3. Jesus did the will of God perfectly as our Surety for our salvation (Heb 10:5-14).
  2. Being a surety means paying debts and performing, where the needy cannot pay or do.
    1. The wages of sin is death, which God’s justice pays; but Jesus died (Rom 6:23).
    2. Only the undefiled enter heaven, so He lived faultlessly for us (Jude 1:24-25).
  3. Jesus was necessary as a surety, for the justice of God must surely be paid (Rom 3:26).
  4. He is the Testator, for it was by His death that He put the covenant in force (Heb 9:15).
  5. We see Him under the strain of the Surety engagement in Gethsemane (Luke 22:39-44).
  6. No man in heaven or earth could approach the throne, but only our Surety (Rev 5:1-14).
  7. If this is not a Surety, successfully finishing His work, what is it (Isaiah 53:4-12)?
  8. The doctrine of representation by the Second Adam reveals our Surety (Rom 5:15-19).
  9. The Lord Jesus tasted death for every one of His children to deliver them (Heb 2:9-17).
  10. How else can we look at the Book of Life, but as the list of His Surety engagements!

THE BENEFITS

  1. The Lord Jesus fulfilled the righteousness of the law on our behalf (Rom 8:3-4), so that we are righteous in God’s sight with His perfect obedience (Eph 5:25-27Col 1:21-22).
  2. The Lord Jesus paid the penalty for sins by His death for us (I Pet 2:24), so that there are no more sins against our charge when we stand before Him (John 1:29Heb 9:28).
  3. He lives to make sure we are absolutely, completely, and eternally saved (Heb 7:25).

THE APPLICATION

  1. There is no fear in the proper knowledge of Christ Jesus our Saviour (II Timothy 1:12).
  2. The LORD will show us His secret and covenant, if we fear and seek Him (Ps 25:14).
  3. We must learn to trust Him. He has done it; He is in heaven for us; He will receive us.
  4. It is simple: “Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed” (Rom 9:3310:8-11).
  5. A woman was healed and had her faith commended, when it was weak (Mark 5:25-34).
  6. Those who lack faith and assurance, I ask how many minutes you spend seeking Him.
  7. And you should consider long and seriously His faithful words “no wise” in John 6:37.
  8. We should seek and receive the benefits of the covenant in our hearts (Eph 3:14-19).
  9. Let us bring forth the fruit of righteousness with far-sighted vision (II Peter 1:9-11).

CONSLUSION

  1. The Lord’s supper is a memorial feast of our Surety’s covenant death for us (I Corinthians 11:23-26).

EQUITABLE SUBROGATION

Subrogation is the process where one party assumes the legal rights of another, typically by substituting one creditor for another. Subrogation can also occur when one party takes over another’s right to sue.  

For example, when an insurance company compensates a policyholder for an injury, the policyholder’s right to sue the person responsible for the harm may be subrogated, meaning it is transferred from the policyholder to the insurance company.

Surety’s subrogation rights

A surety who pays off the debts of another party may be entitled to be subrogated to the creditor’s former claims and remedies against the debtor to recover the sum paid. This would include the endorser on a bill of exchange. The surety will then have the benefit of any security interest in favour of the creditor for the original debt. Conceptually this is an important point, as the subrogee will take the subrogor’s security rights by operation of law, even if the subrogee had been unaware of them.

📜BRIEF IN EQUITY📜

A presentment made without express contract presumes the recipient to be the trustee for a dead person’s estate without surety and not a living Cestui Que. An estate may, however, be entrusted to a “person” (corporation) for the use of a living spirit who may “possess property” in the nature of equitable use title not legal title.

There is sufficient precedent in Roman, Papal, and English law to presume a human body to be chattel property (i.e., a dead person or a mere human creature without soul or spirit) unless otherwise established to posses a soul from God. The cestui que who is presumed dead or lost at sea MUST EXPRESSLY STATE that they are indeed the living cestui que to be given standing as one of the three Chancellors in a Court of Equity and Chancery deciding the matter of an estate (dead person). The common law, as it pertains to the military jurisdiction of the public, cannot abrogate a matter of equity respecting a living free man or woman on the land.

Statue of Mortmain prohibits possession of property by the “dead hand” of a corporation (such as the Church); therefore a “person” (dead in the eyes of God) cannot possess property; rather it reverts to the feudal lord.

The Remedy is that the cestui que (beneficiary) possesses equitable title by nature to the property as a living child of god, but never holds the legal title of the trustee which is the feudal lord or its agent, including any person who is a citizen of the jurisdiction.

There is precedence in Germanic law that a man who holds property on account of to the use of another is bound to fulfill his trust.

Furthermore, precedent is found in the Institutes of Justinian at 2.23.1-2: “… it is required that the one heir is duly appointed and is committed to his trust (Fideicommissum) to transfer the inheritance to another; otherwise the testament in which no heir has been duly appointed is void; the words which are properly and commonly used to install a fideicommisum are I beg, I ask, I wish, I entrust…” This doctrine was brought to England by “foreign ecclesiastics” (ministers and consuls) in order to evade the Statute of Mortmain by making the Church cestui a que use le Feoffment fuit fait.

In sum, cestui que use confers the benefit of use of property to another (a minister or consul) without the legal ownership and attendant duties and obligations to the lord and crown as trustee. Compare to usufruct, or right of use of fruits (interest, profits, etc.) of property.

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK CITY – 2015

1. The Coffeehouse

Lo, my Syllabus is not yet fit for students, although I have borne it in some form.

My work has not fared well; although I’ve elaborated on it, that was some time ago. I had begun with a sense of purpose, some kind of understanding, but the conceit of it has come undone inside me. It has regressed back into blankness and will not manifest a word. Its silence begs me fill it but I have no tunes of music. In truth, I know that I must write, but what work results is mystery. I know not what I’m writing, what my course is. I essay but I yield no postulation. There appears an inherent flaw: the need to write it out. Essaying never achieves the perfection of one word’s sound. Or a whole paragraph often feels like a weighty body for the sentence, or a concept better visualized than explained.

Perhaps, then, a Syllabus is not the best fit medium to conduct my Understanding.

No, a Symbol would be. Or, perhaps, a System of Symbols, all correlative in their nature. But then one’d need a Syllabus to catalogue and contextualize them. Thus I seek a Syllabus with which to study Symbols.

Folly, that I aim to elaborate upon the simplest and densest of truths, this human understanding of nonhuman realities. The unity of all existences. And man has endeavored to do that since he first looked on the sun.

And yet the sun has looked upon me as well. Does that not give me as much license to describe it as anyone? Isn’t my vision as validated? Look upon me, for the sun hath looked upon me.

For I aim to convey my unique Understanding to others. The systems in which the divine Symbols align within my particular vision may not be immediately realized by others, but I believe that from the components of my Understanding I should be able to construct the implicit System and describe it in the Syllabus. I am yet unable to find it—though I know it exists manifested on some plane.

Shall I look into the Tunnels, the ones underground, submerged. Deep below the surface.

But for what?

Evidently, my Syllabus has descended into some unknown location, and the unknown lies above and beneath us. We cannot ascend unto their heights; so we must go down. My Pyramids have fallen, and tunnels have born through them. And tunnels are ubiquitous and lasting and run in cycles unto no end.

But why has my Syllabus descended? Why is it now underground?

Perhaps it has fallen out of distribution. T’was not profitable enough to continue printing. You know how the costs have risen and the demand declined.

Where, then, do I find those texts which have fallen out of circulation, underground?

Perhaps, where used things go. Things the public deems unnecessary. And we all know that a human understanding holds no place in our zeitgeist. Look among you; the people are profane. They no longer read or seek my Pyramids. If I wish to find that which has fallen out of fashion, that knowledge which people have sold off for monetary gain, then I shall get me to a library. There, I may find my Syllabus.

I am black body, I am collapsed. I am fallen the way way back. I have sunk inside myself. Don’t you wish to come inside me? My black ass has so much mass. I have a warm hole to hide you. No bright light can dare to find me. I am fallen and born back. No matter can stand beside me. I am hollowed, I am black.

2. The Library

I seek my Pyramids. 

— Thy Pyramids have fallen. Tunnels have borne through them.

But is a library not also a Pyramid?

— Are Pyramids not also bread?

Don’t understand.

Overstand. 

I shall get me to a bakery.

My Understanding precedes all language. What Pyramids do I seek?

A Syllabus; I seek a new Syllabus for a Human Understanding.

And yet I have no understanding of Systems. Nor of Pyramids. For I wish to summit thy peak! Get me to a bakery!

I wish to descend unto Tunnels. I know that I cannot summit ascended peaks but in tunnels I may descend to seek my Syllabus, so I will go where bread is baked and or sold. You know—a bakery.

— Thy Pyramids have fallen! Tunnels have borne through them! Thy Pyramids you seek, thy Precipice broods on deep waters.

O Time, my Pyramids have fallen. Deep under water. They are submerged beneath the known and have not surfaced. I seek thy Tunnels. I do not seek a library. Get me to a bakery.

I exit this bookstore, for it is a catacomb, and in it I’ll find only corpses. I make a right on the street and walk away. I go to the Deli at the end of the Avenue. Aaaaaaall the way downtown. There, my precipice broods on deep waters.

3. The Deli at the End of the Avenue

I seek bread in the aisle. I seek my Pyramids. I’m writing a Syllabus and I seek my Pyramids for Symbols. Someone told me that Symbols lie somewhere in Tunnels. If I can reach my Pyramids I can find the Symbols needed for my Syllabus, so I need my Pyramids for answers.

— If it’s Tunnels that you seek then you must know, there is no end. You will never reach thy Precipice. It lies forever just beyond you. If you were to reach thy Pyramids, you’d be borne immediately back. The gravity of the centre is too great. The Precipice of thy Pyramids is too close to the sun. You will surely burn before you glimpse what you seek.

It’s my Syllabus I seek. It lies in the deep. In the void. At the peak. And if it’s the peak I must reach to peek the Pyramids I seek, then that must be my destination, not the Tunnels.

The hardest part about anywhere is getting there. Once you’re there, you’re no where at one moment, and now here the next.

No where is where I will go then, if no where’s where the precipice of my Pyramids lie. I must know, which is the right way?

Down. I must go down. Down the aisle. The bread aisle.

I look down the shelves of bread. I glance to the floor where I notice a wooden latch door. I look at the cellar door, I bend down, open it, peer into the darkness, and go down there.

4. Bedford-Nostrand Avenues Station

I descend into Bedford-Nostrand Avenues Station and take a dead beside an old man. And the old man says to me, I have been waiting for this G train for one hundred years … You know, the G train is the bowel of Brooklyn. I mean, it’s full of shit. One of those slow, tiresome ones. You’re sitting there wondering “when will this piece of shit come down the tunnel?” Finally, after what seems like an eternity, you pinch one out—and then your toilet clogs up! We are being delayed because of train constipation. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

You seem to possess some knowledge of tunnels, I say to the old man.

I told you, he said, I have been waiting here a century for my train to take me through the tunnels. In that time I have come to understand much.

So you possess an understanding!? I seek understanding. I’ve come here in search of my Syllabus. I seek my Pyramids.

— Thy Pyramids have fallen. Tunnels have born through them.

We are fallen. Tunnels are born through here.

— You seek that which has no form. There is no Syllabus for you here. There is nothing of use to you here underground. There is only so far you can get through these tunnels. You see, the Stations you pass through will not dispel to you any answers in this form. Thus passing through the submerged Systems in search of the true Systems of Knowledge is fundamentally flawed. You will never reach thy Precipice. Thy Pyramids have fallen.

I was told that the Tunnels lead to my Pyramids. The Void around which aethers fog.

— Though the Void you seek is not physical, but beyond the physic; it is nothing. You can’t access it. You will wait in this station for a hundred years. And maybe your train will come and bear you down the borough’s bowels. But no Pyramids lies at the end of thy line. Only silent waters.

O Time, thy Pyramids, where art thou? Reveal the Syllabus I seek. I’ve traversed city corridors and monoliths of antiquated tomes—of catacombs and dusty halls; I have breathed in noxious gases. I have ventured down the Avenue in search of bread. I have descended into burrows, passed throughout their halls, and sunk the earthen floors of cellars with the treading of my soles. I have passed through tunnels like a train, a cell in the blood of city’s veins. I have passed through yonic doorways into wombs. But I will not be satisfied with shallow water. I’ve heard that thy precipice broods on deep. I will seek further through thy hollows ‘neath the cellar floors of earth. O hollowed Pyramids, thy peak, submerged deep beneath the street, thy Systems will not keep my waves at bay.

A G train burrows into the station and comes to a steaming halt. I leave the old man at the bench and board the car, the doors close, and the train makes its departure down the Tunnel.

5. Coney Island

I exit the train station, I walk to the water’s edge, and I brood on the deep, the horizon, the sunset on the water.

At length, I am approached by a bather in a swimsuit, but I continues to look into the horizon.

The bather says to me, You look silly.

What? I reply. 

Your clothes, says the bather. They’re silly. Do you know where you are? Your clothes enclose you. They block out the light of the sun. They obstruct the flow of the water. The sea cannot wash over you. The sun cannot look upon you. I presume that’s why you’re here, at this beach. And yet you merely look on the water, and stand below the sun. You do not delve into them. You do not let them come inside you.

The sun has looked upon me. The sea has come, and come inside me. From in the light I’ve touched the light. I knew the light grew mold inside me. I do not wish to bathe here, for I seek my Syllabus. I was told it peaks thy Pyramids, Pyramids which lie at the Center of Systems, Systems which are traversed by tunnels. But tunnels have brought me here to the end of the line, and emptied me at thy sea. But as I seek the sea, I see inside. O Time, thy Pyramids, to me are nothing novel; they are fallen to the bottom of the silence of the sea, and having reached the farthest East that West can bring me, I can feel the wind that rustles in dry leaves.

1 The country of Uqbar began as a penal colony. It had been peopled by nomadic tribes of vagabonds who had been charged with most wicked crimes in their Mother-Land of Ta Maure. These morally wayward men had partaken of the fruit of evil; thus they were exiled from the Sovereign State of the Maures and they were charged to wander in the harshest climates, and to till an unyielding ground, in the northern regions of the Land of Earth. And all the land of earth, which is the land of Shaolin, was governed by the natural and universal Civil Rite of the Sovereign State of Ta Maures.

2 Having been judged unworthy of their natural rites, the wanderers found themselves cloistered among the rocky Caucus mountains and frigid Scandinavian region of northwest Asia, bounded on all side by the duly guarded Maures. Here the wanderers perfected the profane rite for which they were exiled from the land of Maures, and dedicated themselves to their vengeful lord Ba’al and his first son Cain. By the light of their false and boisterous lord they marched down south of Asia and founded their first federation in the land which would be Tlon.

3 These vagrant men were the sons of autochthonous man who were the sons of God the Mother, sovereigns of earth, of lacustrine Afu-Ra-Ka, Ta Maure, Shaolin. Autochthonous man being, of a right and civil nature, sons of God, their vagrant offspring became known as mere sons of man, whose spirits were corrupted by corporeality, and these recessive persons were thus known as “mankind”, and their Father was Cain, first of Iaqub.

4 The name of Cain comes from Canis Major, “Great Dog”, referring to the present 12000 year hemisphere of the cycle of Sirius which astrologically foretold the corruption of the morality of the sons of men. 12000 years being approximately half of the great year of the heliacle rising of Sirius, it is said that Cain, the wicked half, slew his brother Abel, the righteous half, when Sirius began its transition away from the axis of our binary star system in 10500BCE. It should be noted that Sirius is the twin or brother of the sun, and that the Lords of Sirius are the benevolent lords of all sovereign Maures on Earth.

5 The tribal federation of Uqbar was established in the land of Anatolia by these various factions of political dissenters from God. Having all failed to learn the sacred art of peace, they instead practiced war in the United Sovereign State of Ta Maures. Thus their federation was constantly warring, the spirits of these men were much corrupted, and their vengeful spirit permeated throughout the land of Asia which was to the north of Ta Maures, and the flames of their anger ashened them.

6 In the South of Ta Maure in the Great Lakes basin where Hapi meets the great placenta, the Sovereign Lords of the Earth, Prime Ministers over the Universal Ma’atocracy of the Maures, were considering the great changes to come — for in the north of Ta Maure where Hapi, like an umbilical cord snake shedding skin, comes into the delta where Ta Maures meets the Great Sea in the Midst of the Lands, rebel soldiers sent by foreign kings were sacking the capitoline of Ta Maures from Waset to Memphis and Anu. Twice had the vagrants sons of too ambitious men taken up arms against the living Gods on earth. Many more wars would their tyrants sow in the Fertile Crescent of the Levant, storming at the North Gate of the Sovereign State.

7 The City of Ur was staked out by the rebel tribes in the fertile Tigris valley which was in Asia Minor, but the city was to be a center for all the nomadic kings of the northern mountains from the East of the Great Sea Amidst the Lands to the West, and was to govern all the rebel tribes of men. Here the first King and Patriarch of the Wandering Tribes, Iaqub, gave his command for the rebel sons to unite in war upon their sovereign fathers in the South and to condemn the sacred and civil rite of peace in God on earth.

8 Thence did world war first spring from the swords of the northern kings, and the rebel son Cain, progenator of the twelve tribes of Iaqub, slew his righteous brother Abel to spite the Good Lord’s favor. And Cain cried unto his father to have mercy, and Iaqub implored in the name of his lord that for his crime Cain should be avenged sevenfold.

9 And it came to pass that the sixth born of Cain was Lamech. And Lamech took two wives and said unto them, Listen to me! I have slain a man to my wounding and young man to my hurt; and if Cain be avenged sevenfold then let Lamech be avenged Seventy and Sevenfold. And thus was spake the song of the blood-red sword.

10 And it came to pass that the seventh of Cain was born Tuball, and his brothers were Jubal and Jabal and his sister was Naamah Cain, and he founded ironsmithing and masonry in the land of Ur, Tlon.

11 And it came to pass that the eighth of Cain was Noah, and the Lord of The World said unto Noah that the descendants of Iaqub had descended into pure wickedness, and that He the Lord would send a great deluge to bring about the destruction of mankind. And the waters were raised on the world, and Noah endured with his sons, who were Kham and Shem and Japheth.

12 And it was known to Iaqub that the first born son of man would be a son of God, but that his brothers may be swayed against the Sovereign State on Earth. So he implored the younger brothers Shem and Japheth to scorn their brother Kham by their father, and Noah was turned against his first son Kham, and the fourth son of Kham named Canaan was delivered into the servitude of the lord of Shem, and Japheth was the warden in Shem’s house.

13 And Canaan, son of Kham, descendant of the righteous Gods on Earth, was taken into captivity by the tribes of Iaqub in the East of the Great Sea between the banks of Jordan and the City of Ur here in the budding land of Tlon.

14 And the captivity of Canaan became the prize of Iaqub, and Iaqub enslaved his abducted son to labor on his unholy temple. And the land of Canaan’s captivity was called Uqbar, son of Ur, the Capitol of the empire of Iaqub, and among the rebel wanderers it was called the Holy Land, and they received it in the name of their lord, Ba’al Shem, Lord of their Father Iaqub, and in Uqbar the captivity of the true God was consecrated to the false majesty of the sword and shield of Ba’al.

15 In the name of Iaqub Ba’al and Cain the rebel wanderers, overlords of Canaan, became known by the shield of the sword, red by the blood spilt by their crusade. And they were united in the Land of Uqbar by King David Who Contended Against God, and the land of this contention was called Judea, and the Canaanites who were in bondage were called Israel.

16 And the first born of David was called Solomon, and Solomon passed every hour of every day in deep and heavy thoughts of illusion. And he wrought a kingdom of illusion and called for 300 thousand rebel mason from all across the east and west to erect a temple to the great illusion of Ba’al. And for seven years the Temple was a building.

17 In the meantime, Basileus Al-Iskander of Macedonia, defender of mankind, succeeded by his general Ptolemy “the Savior” of mankind, and his general’s son Philadelphos, finally wrought the delta of Ta Maure, as well as proper Sumer and autochthonous India, from the Sovereign State of the Maures in the ultimate siege of Iaqub’s Legion.

18 And it so happened that at about that time, in the West of the Great Sea in the Midst of the Land, two young wolf-suckled brothers founded upon the Tiber River the site of a great city with seven hills. And the elder of them slew his twin in sacrifice to Ba’al Cain, and thereby he founded the Kingdom of the Ram of the age of Aries.

19 The Ram raped the all the tribes in the West of the Great Sea, and thence trekked to the country of Uqbar and conquered the Holy Land by the sword and shield in praise to Ba’al Cain and the Ram ruled over Canaan for all the age; and the Ram warred on the Sovereign State and subdued the delta, and nearly eviscerated the righteous rule of God on Earth.

20 When the Ram was in Uqbar, the sons of Canaan were subject to a tyranny of the most severe description. The lords of Ram prayed to Ba’al Cain and Legion and scorned the sons of God. But one of the sons of God rose up amongst the sons of men and his name was Yeshua. And Yeshua condemned the name of Ba’al Cain to the people in the temples. And the followers of Ba’al sold Yeshua to the Ram and he was slain.

21 Yet the Western City of Ram looked to the Eastern City of Uqbar and saw what great illusion they had wrought. And they perpetuated illusion amongst the sons of God by using the image of Yeshua who they’d slain and they made an icon of him and consecrated him to Ba’al Cain and called him Christ. By the Apostolic Order of the Iaqubean Ram, the icon of Christ was avenged seventy-fold.

22 Using the icon of Christ, the Ram conquered all of the land which bordered the Great Sea in the Midst of all the Lands, and the Ram proceeded to war on the Sovereign State of Ta Maure again.

23 In 1118 nine assets of Iaqub founded a company for “Christ”, and in 1162 the company was incorporated by Pope Alexander III with the Bull Omne Datum Optimum. The company warred on the Maures in Canaan for 189 years until the wealth accumulated by their order precipitated feelings of envy and jealousy among the sovereigns of Ram, and the Order was suppressed in all of Europe except Scotland. And their 22nd and last Grand Master Iacobus Burgundus Molanus (Jaques de Molay) was martyred in his lords name. Those who would escape the persecution sequestered themselves and their coveted banks in the Highlands.

24 Although the Empire of Ram stretched all across Asia Minor, they could not withstand the unity of their empire when the Maures rose up from the south and waged war upon the Holy Land in the name of peace — and lo! The Maures reclaimed the Holy Land in the name of Muhammad may he come in peace! And the Sons of Cain were dispelled from Canaan unto the northern regions of the Rhine and the Caucus mountains and Scandinavia, and the Ram receded back to the seven hills to the West of the Sea.

25 War persisted between the Ramans and the Maures. The Ramans Lost the eastern half of their Empire to the Maures, and the Holy Land was subdued by the peace of Islam, and the Maures soon reclaimed their rule over the Eastern and Western World.

26 During the rule of Maures in the West, the sons of Ba’al Cain settled in Ashkenaz, and a second King Solomon rose up among them to bring forth the Ba’al Shem Tov. And they perfected their rite against the sovereign state of God; and Ram sent forth to Ashkenazim the word of their illusion of Christ, and together they founded the second Holy Empire of the Ram.

27 The Holy Raman Universal Church of Ba’al and the Ashkenazi dynasties proliferated the mystery of the illusion of Christ via the Society of Jesus. The Rite of Solomon’s Temple was spread across the Holy Raman Empire, unto the Sovereign State of Ta Maures, and beyond. The Rite was used to recapture the sons of Canaan and verily all righteous sons of God. The Holy Raman Ashkenazim proclaimed that the Holy Land of Uqbar would again become the capital of Ba’al, and that they would call all the lands to which the Rite of Solomon spread the World of Tlon. And they proclaimed that whilst the citadel of Ba’al would be in Uqbar, the Capitol of Tlon would be in the City of London on the Anglish Isle.

28 And the sons of God were taken again into bondage — yet this time they were carried in the belly across the great Ocean of Aethiopia, to the Most Extreme West of Ta Maures called America, and they were birthed there mere men and women. And the sovereign western Maures of the Americas were also subdued into bondage by the illusion of Christ.

29 And it so happened that Iaqub returned as the sixth King of Scotland and he conquered the land of England, and he sent agents of the Society of Jesus to establish Solomon’s House among the Western Indians in North America. He appointed Sir Francis Bacon and one Mr. Morrin supreme generals, and he commissioned from the former a 40-volume Encyclopedia of Tlon. The encyclopedia annotated and delivered by Bacon to King Iaqub VI and I became known as the King James Bible.

30 The colonies of New Atlantis were erected by the Iaqubeans in the Americas in the Far West of Ta Maure. This new erection of the society planned to make the Americas the new country of Uqbar, and the world they proclaimed would soon be Tlon!

31 The Iaqubeans thence coordinated with the Illuminati of Bavaria, the Ashkenazim of the Rhine, and the Grand Orient of Paris. The assets of the Iaquban Revolution proceeded thence to depose the kings of Europe. The generals Weishaupt, Von Knigge, Goethe, Herder, Cagliostro, and B. Franklin carried out the secret orders in their lands, and Napoleon claimed supreme overlordship over Europe. This Order of the Franco-Raman Empire exceeded in their design to exploit the ancient wisdom of Ta Maures, and they sent for Expeditions thence to sack the true holy land.

32 And the Iaqubeans warred on their allies in all places. And the Ashkenazim were temporarily deposed by Third Reich of the Holy Raman Empire, whose agents had taken upon themselves the burden of the most grave secrets of the East. Yet Heir Hitler went down musing his Theosophistry, and the Nations of Iaqub United over the world, and they founded the Order of the N:.A:.T:.O:., and they returned the Rite of Ashkenazim to the Holy Land of Uqbar, and again they took Canaan into bondage. And the second Uqbar in America absorbed the Nazi Rite and sent forth the Iaqubean Club under the guise of central intelligence.

33 The Central Intelligence Agency proceeded to war on all the remaining sovereign lands of Maures and subdued them by the yolk of Iaqub’s Ashkenazi Banking Dynasty. And the Dynasty sacked all the Maures lands of their resources and hoarded them away in their banks; to this end —

34 All the Lands of Maures were made subject to the will of Iaqub to turn the world into Tlon! And Tlon was made by the order of Orbis Tertius which was the disguise of the Club of Ram. By order of the O.T. the sovereign lands of Maures were turned into the Third World, and Iaqub berated the mind of Maures with computer simulations of food scarcity, industrialization, eugenics, non-renewable resource systems, and pollution, all disguised by the Red Cross and Red Shied of “philanthropy” and “humanitarianism”.

35 Saint Jorge Luis Borges presents us the keys to unveiling what would come to be known in this day as the Third World Order of Mystery Babylon The Great. It goes that noted heresiarch Solomon Von Askhkenaz and an order of 300 collaborators form one night in London, 17th century, a society of intellectuals called Orbis Tertius (World3) under the guise of a “benevolent secret society”. They, like their patriarchs, become involved in studies of “hermeticism, philanthropy, and the Cabala”. The Order endeavors to recreate the zionist country of Uqbar, but after a persecution in Europe the Order reappears in America with the new ambition to create an entire world called Tlon.

36 The invented world of Tlon was seeded into reality by these men using a fabricated 40-volume encyclopedia which was “found” in Memphis in 1944. “Then,” saith the prophet, “the World will be Tlon”.
